Summary
The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is Open to the Public. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)
Responsibilities
Duties could include all or some of the following:
Collect sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepted payment from patrons and makes change as necessary. Maintain related cash records.
Set up could include food service counters, food carts, beverage carts and tables.
Prepares a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and food for cooking and serving.
Prepares a wide variety of meats, seafood, and sandwiches per customer requests.
Washes dishes, pots and pans; empties trash and sanitizes containers.
Unloads trucks and supplies and stores properly.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires constantly standing, stooping, bending, walking and reaching. Medical Examination is required.
Work could be performed inside or outside depending on duty location.
Care is required to avoid seriouse injury in food preparation and storage areas.
SERVSAFE Certificate is required at time of employment or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment. A minimum of 4 hours refresher training is required annually.
Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages or operating the beverage cart.
Qualifications
Experience or training that indicates knowledge skills and ability to perform the duties of this position.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills.
