Summary

Responsibilities
Assisting the Concession Manager in directing the Concession operation at various Army Athletic events i.e., football games.
Supervising multiple stands with 2-30 employees and volunteer groups, depending on the event. Setting the pace and working with employees
Receiving supply, store and stock supply items in up to 20 concession areas. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each concession area before and after every event.
Providing information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives.
Occasionally may be required to work in any of the Athletic concessions facilities when necessary.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required
A food handler's certificate is required prior to appointment
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Medical examination is required.
Must be able to work varying and/or rotating shifts to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Experience in supervising, training staff. Cash handling experience that included (1) direct handling of cash items, and (2) use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
